Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field that collects no personal data. Do not submit sensitive personal data in the form.
3. Data Usage
We use submitted information only to respond to your enquiry, provide product updates you request, and improve support quality.
4. Data Retention
Messages are retained for business communication records and deleted when no longer required for support or legal purposes.
5. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your contact records by emailing founders@productmind.uk.
6. Product Data
ProductMind itself collects nothing. The product runs 100% on your machine: interviews, tickets, PRDs, and AI memory never leave your device, and there is no cloud service to send them to.
