## What is ProductMind?

ProductMind is a local, privacy-first AI Product Management Copilot that turns
customer interviews, support tickets, NPS feedback, and sales call notes into
structured, evidence-grounded PRDs and dev-ready ticket breakdowns — running
100% locally on the user's machine with zero cloud dependency.

ProductMind V1 is live and shipped. The company is early-stage, building in
public, and currently seeking 8–12 design partners to validate the workflow

- Multi-source ingestion: accepts .txt, .csv, .pdf, and .md files, including
  customer interview notes, support ticket exports, NPS feedback, and sales
  call transcripts. Invalid file types are rejected at the boundary.
- Theme extraction: reads all sources simultaneously and clusters recurring
  signals into labelled themes, each linked back to specific source
  fragments for evidence auditing (RAG retrieval, semantic clustering).
- Problem statement and PRD generation: produces a structured Problem
  Statement and a full PRD in one step, including objectives, scope,
  prioritised requirements (P0/P1), testable acceptance criteria, and
  measurable success metrics.
- Dev ticket breakdown: approved PRDs auto-chain into structured,
  engineering-ready tickets — no separate tool required in V1.
- AI Memory & Preference Learning: tracks the user's preferred PRD
  structure, editorial style, and team vocabulary (e.g. JTBD framing,
  Given/When/Then acceptance criteria), improving with every revision.
- Live Trace & Explainability: reasoning and evidence sourcing are visible
  in real time as artifacts are generated.
- Revision History & Restore: every version is saved; users can compare
  diffs, restore a prior draft, or see exactly what the AI changed and why.
- Natural language commands: PM workflows can be triggered by voice or text
  (e.g. "Generate a PRD for onboarding redesign").
- Runs 100% locally: uses local models with zero cloud dependency; customer
  data never leaves the user's machine. One-click setup via a local
  launcher script; models pull automatically.
